I got 146 in DU JAT and CBSE (12TH) 82 percentage (best 4) WILL I GET BMS, BFIA, BBE ?

I think you can't according to last year's cutoff, but since pattern changes and cutoff changes so it depends upon every years cutoff.

You have done fine. Chance are there to get colleges of Delhi University.
If you belong to any reserved category then chances are quite high if not there is less chance. Rest depends upon the cutoffs.
