I got 146 Mark's in neet 2020, what is available for me ?

The marks you have scored in the NEET is very less and if you belong from general category then you have not even qualified the entrance exam and if you have belong another category then you have chances of getting medical college but of low grade . That totally depends upon your state and category. Here's the list of cut off

Qualifying cutoff

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

Well this marks will not give you the government colleges but you can apply for good private colleges and try your best.

Unfortunately with your rank i.e. 146 you won't be eligible for any of the medical courses offered even if you have a category rank. Your marks are pretty low for admission into government as well as private medical colleges. Also, the cutoff for this year is very high so that makes it more difficult for you to get admission.

I'll recommend you to take a year drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and score really high marks in order to get seats in nice medical colleges.  You can refer to the NEET knockout plan for your preparation
