I got 14k in APeapcet.... in which group I'll get free seat?

In your 14k rank in AP EAMCET which is done on engineering and medical, pharmacy admission in Andhra Pradesh, may not get government colleges for CSE branch. You may get EE or ECE branch.

For free seat only available for the student who are economically backward classes or EWS category and have and excellent result in  class12 examination and in entrance examination like AP EAMCET. Their rank should be 1 to 500. As your rank is 14k and it's not mention the result of 2 class so it is not easy to give you a clear guideline about your getting free seat of any group of engineering colleges.
