Hi ! I think you must be talking about your WBJEE rank which you have given in your question. Assuming it as true, you can get a good stream in Jadavpur University. Well not sure about CSE, ECE, and EEE. Well, you can get those core subjects along with low graded streams. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
