I got 17000 rank in VITEE can I opt for CSE or ECE at Vellore?

Hello dear,
According to your rank in VITEEE 2019,you have less chance to get CSE in VIT vellore as the previous year closing rank for the same was under 10k but you have good chance to get ECE in VIT vellore .
