As compared to last year's cutoff It will be tough for you to get admission in NITs based on your JEE MAIN rank. However you can still apply for private colleges and Universities.
To know your chances in JOSSA and state counseling you can use the JEE MAIN college predictor tool.

Further more if you really want admission in NITs and IITs you can take a year drop and prepare yourself for 2021 JEE Mains and score a better rank.
