At these marks it is very difficult to get into a top private college even at the ST category rank. However, you can consider applying to ones which have slightly more fee structure as the minimum qualifying criteria into some are the PCB as majors in 10+2 and the NEET qualify.
However, the cut offs are subject to change every year and depends on many factors. You can go for the alternate medicine courses like BAMS/BHMS in private institutes or pharmacy in privates
