I got 17k rank in aeee and 80 percentile in jee mains. Will I get cse in any of the amrita campus through open category?

I got 16k rank in AEEE and 81 percentile in jee main2019. My homestate is tamilnadu. For me it is difficult to get CSC in coimbatore campus although I belong to homestate quote. So in open category, i wish you must have scored below 5k rank in aeee
