I got 1933 AIR rank in NIMCET but I'm OC, can I get seat in NIT ?

With a rank of 1933 in nimcet its difficult for you to get admission into any nits .
As it includes only 11 nits so the number of seats for MCA progra is very less for general candidate.
But though you can take chances in nit agartala , nit kurukshetra ,and nit raipur .
There's very less chance for you to get admission.
