As per your rank in Jee Score.It is very Low to get a goood engineering College.
You will not get any Nit or Gifts through Counselling.
Getting a confirmed seat in top private Colleges for CSE/IT/ECE BRANCH will be very difficult.
You can try for management Seats in Top Private Engineering Colleges In India.
