Hello aspirant

It is difficult to get seat for BAMS or BHMS with 202 marks. Moreover it depends upon cut off also. Result will be out soon so you can estimate your chances of getting seat. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off. You can try for medical colleges which offer management quota.
