Sorry to say but the chances of getting CSE are next to impossible as CSE is one of the core branches of engineering hence, their cutoffs are usually very high as compared to other branches however the cutoffs of ME and Civil are low but your ranks is poor even if you get the branches you have to compromise with the your choice of college So I would suggest you to rather prepare for jee main 2019 or to look for some private college and you can also take the josaa counseling to try your luck.
