i got 21 marks in gate civil engeineering .i am in SC cast .can i get admission in any government college

Hi
You will not get IITs or NITs, but you get into state run government colleges. For that select the state in which you are interested to pursue M. Tech, then apply seprately for that college.
You can get into those colleges.
And since you will qualify GATE AICTE will provide you scholarship. You will receive monthly stipend of 12400/- for the period of 2 years.

As I see previous year qualifying marks for CIVIL is 17.9 for SC. Then you scored 21 marks this year, so your chance for govt college, NITs is less.
