I got 21000 rank in jee mains held on jan-april.Which colleges can i approach fr counseling?

Congratulation to you for securing such a good rank in jee main. You may get a seat in all NITs . If you are lying under general category then you will get a seat of mechanical engineering, mining engineering,civil engineering in your home state NITs .If you are lying under OBC-ncl category then you will get a seat in your home state NIT for electronic and communication engineering.

Your rank is quite descent. Thus you can keep NIT Hamirpur,nit Jalandhar, nit kurukshetra ,nit Rourkela,nit sikkim,nit Agartala nit Puducherry etc as options . If you have home state quota then do keep your state's NIT as your first preference.
If you are from general category then from this rank you will not get top nit.
But if you belong to OBC then you will get all the top nit but not all the branches.
