I got 21k in obc 93 percentile which branch I can choose for nit (hs;AP)
Well, firstly congratualtions brother for your decent performance in JEE mains.
Regarding, college youll still have to face a stiff competition to get a decent seat and college inspite of your category reservation.
Regarding home state quota, it is of no use as NIT AP is not a decent NIT to admit in, very frankly speaking.
Regarding college, I would recommend you to exploe your interest as then you can select the engineering branch.

As far as choosing or making the preference list is considered, you can do it as per your choice. According to previous year cutoffs, with a rank of 21k in OBC category, it will be difficult for you to get a seat in any branch in NIT Warrangal or NIT Andhra Pradesh.
