I got 22 marks in jee mains and 26741 rank in wbjee can i get a good engineering college.

I feel sorry to say but your marks are extremely low in jee mains so there is absolutely no chance for you to get admission in a good college through jee mains marks but your webjee ranks is quite good so you can your college according to your answer on below link:
