i got 220 marks in NEET examination as ST and my question was that can i get into a government college ? or i have to apply in a private college only?

With 220 marks in NEET as an ST candidate, you have successfully qualified the exam, but getting an MBBS seat in a government college is extremely unlikely, and you will need to look at private colleges, alternative courses, or re-trying. Even with category relaxations, government MBBS cutoffs for ST candidates generally require a minimum of 420–470+ marks depending on your state quota.
