I got 2220 rank in kcet 2019 ,which are the best colleges that you suggest for me. And I belong to hk region.

As you belong to HKR, you have high chances of getting a seat in top colleges as for HKR candidates the cutoff will be more. So I would suggest you to try for top colleges like RVCE, MSRIT, DSCE, BMS College Of Engineering and so on. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
