I got 222571 rank in crl but in SC category I got 11867 so can I get seat in cse branch

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits with computer science branch.
Even after considering your sc category your rank does not get you computer science branch in any nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.
