First let me tell you that spot round of IPU is very unpredictable and it varies every year.
Since you have a rank of around 2,26,000, at your rank, in spot round you have quite good chances of getting IT in GTBIT. Besides you can get in ECE in almost all colleges expect top 3-4 colleges.
You can also get CSE in HMR Institute of Technology and all colleges located outside Delhi.
