Because you only scored 228 in neet, it will be quite tough for you to get into BAMS, even though there are many candidates in Upstate.
Even if you have an obc, you may try out in counselling depending on the number of seats available, but there is a very slim possibility of getting into any course with these grades in Upstate.
This year's cutoff is extremely high.
