I got 22820 rank in general category and 2820 rank in EWS category.Can you please tell me which branch can i get in top 3 NITs?

Seeing your score and Jee cuttoff of NIT,you seems to have decent chance of getting home state NITs.With EWS quota you can fetch good stream.For other state NITs and good stream,your rank should be under 15k.
