I got 23000 sc rank in jee & 364 in prep i choose nits 1st in choice filling i know its hard, can I get IIT in prep as my rank is just 364

Congratulation for your success in jee 2019.
But thats true with such a low score in jee its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
But yes your preparatory rank is good enough to get admission into any prestigious college like iits you can take chance while getting iits in choice filling but still your preferrence order will make a high emphasis on your college seat.
