If you are from SC/ST it might be possible, but chances are low. Its almost impossible if you are from general category. Definitely go for counselling if you are called.

Correction - 231 is your rank? If it is your rank then your chances of getting admission are good, definitely go for counselling if called. (Sorry I thought it was your score)
