I got 231 in jee mains. Is there any chance of getting admission in CSE at IIIT hyderabad.

You have less chances in CSE branch in IIIT Hyderabad but you can get other branches.
You can also check the cut off from the given below link

You should also appear for JEE Advanced to get admission in IITs.
