I got 23961 rank in APICET.did I get seat in SV university

Considering your rank it is not possible for you to get admitted in SV university as the cut offs are high i.e. below 1000 ranks for all the category students.

After the declaration of results, the authorities prepare the cut off list. On the basis of the candidates' score, a merit list is prepared and ranks are assigned accordingly. Candidates securing at least 25 per cent in AP ICET 2019 qualify for the counselling.

The cutoff marks will vary according to the institute and category of the candidates. APICET 2019 cut off will be provided in the form of opening rank and closing rank. It will be determined individually for general and reserved category candidates.

Her you gor 23961 rank .According to the university norms you may get the marks in between 80 to 71. The colleges which are available for you is of D level.
