At this rank there are unfortunately no colleges you can convert.

Your ranks shoukd be within 12000 under OBC category.

Mahaveer swami Institute of Technology has cutoff ranks below 22000 for general category for Electrical engineering where you might have chance only if cutoff dips substantially .
