I got 24522 rank in sc category can I get any nit or IIT?

With your mentioned rank you have a slim chance of getting non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) with your category rank. And with domicile quota you might get core branches as well. For IITs you have to qualify for JEE advanced first.
