You done your 12th from HBSE board means you are from outside delhi even that you will get good branches is many decent colleges. Some I am listing below with branches you will get :-

If you belongs to general category than there in no chance of getting any college in ipucet for good branches But you will get college in ipu because till spot round first 30-35k students get the college but on the bases of your rank you not get any good college in ipu.so according to me you should fill the counselling of ipu.
