You should apply for other private colleges than RV College or ms Ramaiah. You should go for nitte Minakshi institute of technology with branch like civil engineering there. You can also go for colleges other than colleges through comedk. I hope you got the answer.

You can get into some of the middle ordered colleges of bangalore.
With 25885 rank you can expect NMIT, Acharya, Dayanand sagar academy of technical education, Alliance, BMC, NMAMIT, Presidency, Don bosco, etc etc etc.
You will get decent branch for sure but college will be average not the top ones.
