i got 259 marks in neet .is there any chance to get govt medical college?and my category is obc (c.r)=172993

As you already know that the cut offs this year is very high. With a score of 259 it would be difficult for you to get admission into a Government Medical College even under 27% reserved seats for OBC.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as De;hi according to your profile.
So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any of the GMCs according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 567 for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi under Home state quota for OBC category.
