i got 25pr in jee feb attempt..what should i do now,.?

25 is a low percentile and you won't get admission into good public colleges. But, don't lose hope since you have 3 more attempts left. If you did not apply for the March Session, you still have 2 more Sessions i.e. April and May left. Ensure that you study properly this time and make sure that all of your concepts are clear.

Since you don't have a lot of time left, try solving previous years question papers as a lot of questions are repeated. Also prepare for your class 12th examinations to secure good marks in Boards. There are a lot of good private colleges in India and you can apply to them too. They conduct their own entrance exams for admissions and not just consider your JEE (Mains) score.
