I got 260 marks in uptu exam and i have secured 711 obc girl rank. Can i get any government college for btech in ECE?

You have good rank under OBC category. You can get MMMIT for ECE. You should try for IET as well, but it will be tough to get. But you should try for AKGEC, JSS as well. Both are very good colleges.
