Hi there buddy,You will definitely get clinical subject even in all india quota itself, i have seen on the basis of the last year NEET PG counselling that even a candidate who got a rank of 75980 last year got MS ENT under SC category, so can definitely get your desired course in top colleges of india, good luck

Well buddy you didn't mention about the AIR , but still my answer is the same , as I told you the candidate with AIR 75980 got MS ENT in Santhosh medical College and hospital Ghaziabad , so I am sure with rank of 37467 and state domicile and sc reservation , you can pretty much get good course at a decent college , good luck
