You should better take drop and prepare well for upcoming year jee .Untill and unless you are from north eastern states,you are not going to get any seat in government colleges on the basis of jee mains.
Another option for taking admission through management quota in private colleges is always open.

Based on your marks you have very less chance to get seat in any colleges. By if you belongs to Nagaland, mizoram etc then you can try with home state quota may be you will get NIT.
