I got 28000 engineering rank in kcet. Can i get any government engineering college in bangalore?

Based on your rank and previous years cutoff trends, It is very difficult to get admission in any government college with this rank. However, If you belong to Sc or ST category,then there are chance otherwise your chance for admission in government engineering college is very low.

Unfortunately you cannot convert Government engineering college in Banagalore.
You however can convert GEC nandya for electrical engineering in last round.
