I got 285 marks in meeting gen category ...can I get bams govt. colleges

If your score is 285 in NEET and you are from general category then you have no chance to get a seat in BAMS govt. colleges.
You need to have a score over 400 to get a seat in govt. BAMS colleges.

The expected cutoff of BAMS cutoff 2020 through NEET2020is
General category-490+- 350+
OBC- 490+-350+
So it might be difficult to get a government seat .
