I hope you are doing good. First of all, Congratulations on your rank. Based on the 2018 cutoff, a BC-E student with 28537 rank can get Mechanical Engineering in colleges like Guntur Engineering College, Avanthi Inst of Engg and Tech, DNR College of Engg and Tech, JNTUA College of Engineering Kalikiri, Annamacharya Inst of Tech and Sci, etc. To know the 2018 cutoff for all AP colleges category wise and rank wise please visit the link https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/AP-EAMCET-2018-Cutoff.pdf
