Hey Vinita,
first of all please let us know your entrance exam type in the comment box and your category also. Nowif your entrance exam is NEET 2019 THEN based on previous years cut-offs it is hard for you to get any government college through all india counselling. Even if you get below 300 marks then for every category chances are less to get seat in any government college. If you are from SC category then you should try through state counselling if you are willing to take admission in your state. There are some chances that you will get any seat.
