No you dont.
For general category the last qualifying rank this year was around 1Lakh 8thousand. You can try again in a year for jee advance 2020 for which you will again need to clear jee main 2020. Only then can you give the jee advance exam.

The rank which you get is not the base for qualification to JEE Advanced exam. There is a cut off for gen category (89.75), economically weaker sections(78.21), OBC-NCL(74.31), SC(54.01), ST(44.33), PwD(0.11).
