I got 3 percentaile in jee mein. I belong from OBC Catagery. my father was retired from army. can i get any engineering college in Maharashtra.

Dear aspirant,
I would strongly recommend you seriously buckle up and work hard or rather I would say show some extraordinary efforts to get into your desired college. With this percentile I think it would be very difficult for you to get into any of this college even if I consider your army background and obc category.
