With respect to any category you fall short miles away from qualifying the basic cut-off of JEE advanced set by the IIT's.

I would recommend you to look for the college which recruits on the basis of your JEE mains rank.

Also keep an eye on state engineering exam results.

Do take part in maximum counseling.

The pre decided cutoff under EWS quota is 31.5 percent of total marks. So the total cutoff marks crosponds to 118. Since you have received 30 marks you won't  be qualified under EWS quota. You have low chances to get any IIT.
