At this Rank, you can perhaps join any good private medical institute like KMC, Manipal, SRM or KIMS, Bhubaneshwar. At this score, Dental can be another option and you should seriously consider it.

If possible  you should also apply for the State Medical Counselling, as you might have slighest chances of getting a MBBS Seat or perhaps a Dental Seat. Perhaps you can follow the link below for more information

Perhaps my personal suggestion would be, you are one of the luckiest batches and have next NEET exam in hardly 6 months from now, you could perhpas consider a Drop, work some extra midnights, stay safe and crack NEET in another bout.

Ive seen my personal friends scoring between 250-350 in one year and increasing it to 500 next year and getting an assured seat in a Government or State Medical College. All the Best. Decide wisely.
