As per last year data , for an OBC candidate with 311 marks and under karnataka Hyderabad reservation, you have almost no chances to get a conveyor quota medical seat in any college and especially this year it is even more difficult as the cut offs got increased greatly due to easy paper standard.

But you have chances to get medical seat under management quota that costs around 7 lakhs per annum. If you can afford, you can try that.
