I got 32 marks in paper1 of JEE main and 122 marks for paper2 . CanI register for her advanced of B Arch?

In order to take admission in IITs offered by (IIT Kharagpur & IIT Roorkee) You need to appear JEE Main Entrance Exam paper 1 first after qualifying JEE Main Entrance Exam paper I you need to apply for JEE Advance AAT for Architecture program. With JEE Main Paper II you can get admission in NITs, CFTIs & other colleges.

If you are asking for JEE Main 2019, It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualifying marks or rank as JEE Main is being conducted conducted twice by NTA for the first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile.
