I got 32000 all India Rank in jee can I get dj sanghvi for computer science?

With 32k all india rank you will definetiy get Sanghvi college CSE department (as last year official intake for computer department is 2.6lakhs)

But since you are having descent rank i will suggest you some other top government collleges:

Apply here first NIT mizzoram,Sikkim, IIIT Manipur , IIIT Pune, IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Surat , IIIT BhopaL, IIIT Bhagalpur  ,COEP pune ,DTU,NIST, BIT ranchi, BIT sindri,BIT patna.
