I got 321 marks I belongs to obc caste if any chances to get the seat in any other state

First of all congratulations for your result.
All India Quota government Medical College cut off for OBC candidates is usually 450 and above.So 321 marks are less so you won't be able to get a seat in government Medical College in any other state.But you can go for admission in private Medical Colleges using your Neet score.
