I got 3272 preparatory rank could I get any seat in iit. Please give reply fast it's urgent.

As you have mentioned that your preparatory rank is 3272.. It's very difficult to secure a seat with this rank. Your rank is too high to fetch any seat in IITs or NITs.. With this rank your chances are negligible to get a seat. Don't loose hope!!! You can apply for some private engineering colleges.
Since prep.course are offered by only some of the iits(mainly the adv. Conducting iit).
So if they consider according to prep.rank then 200 rank would be maximum (any case) not more than that.
