As per your OBC-NCL rank in JEE Mains 2019, I am sorry that I have to put this in front of you that you cannot get admission into any of the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The last cut-off for OBC-NCL candidates to get admission into NITs closes around 14500 OBC-NCL rank (in the last round). I would suggest you to try for state government engineering colleges or private institutions.
