I think you got a mediocre rank in comedk but you need not loose hopes.... With that rank you will get a seat in computer science department In the colleges like Gitam institute etc.
My personal suggestion is that directly contact the university to get the seat and do not wait for the counselling. (I am not advertiser to Gitam). Please do comment if you have more doubts
